Annur always knew she was meant to be a singer. “I come from a musical background, my whole family does music. My dad always inspires me to be better each song/album/release. He inspired me to pick up a guitar, I started in orchestra playing violin and creating little motivational tunes/jingles on piano.”

Even though she reaches an international fan base, she still thinks of herself as an underground artist. “I’m always trying to touch a wider audience” she says. “If I don’t, I always get anxious if I’m being too lazy or not doing enough.” That dedicated work ethic has led to 2 albums and 25 singles in a little over 5 years, and recognition and mentions by favorited celebrities.

Will she ever venture internationally? “Yes, eventually. If I got the opportunity, I would love to inspire and touch the world globally. I love the people I’ve met through music and throughout the world, So I’d love to inspire and tour!”
